Acceptance of Terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These terms may be updated as the site evolves; the date above shows the current version.

What This Site Provides

This website is an unofficial, fan-made guide. We provide information, links, and documentation about community browser ports of classic Need for Speed games. We do not host games, game files, or any copyrighted game content, and nothing on this site should be read as claiming otherwise.

Third-Party Projects

The game projects we link to are developed and hosted by independent community developers on their own websites. When you leave this site through any link, you are subject to that project's terms, licenses, and conditions. We verify links before publishing them but do not guarantee their future availability, safety, or functionality.

No Warranties

This guide is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Browser ports are experimental community projects: features change, saves can be lost, and games may stop working at any time. Follow our guides at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or of the third-party projects it links to, including data loss, lost game progress, or hardware or software issues.

Acceptable Use

You may use this guide for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not scrape, republish, or resell its content, and do not use it to distribute unauthorized copies of copyrighted games.
